Financial Security

Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center / Valley View Heights Assisted Living offers an extraordinary 403(b) retirement plan to all employees. Employees may contribute pre-tax dollars up to the maximum allowed under the IRS limits and MSLCC will match a percentage of those employee contributions . Employees are eligible on their first day of employment and can opt in or out of the plan at any time.

For over 40 years the story of Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center has been one of compassion, understanding, respect and caring. In 2003 our Valley View Heights Assisted Living complex was opened and offers 64 units of assisted living.
